TA Grand Rental Station

Grand Rental Station offers the same level of service as our Francis Creek location, in addition to event planning (such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, etc.).

On the party side of things, you can rent tents in sizes from 20' X 20' up to 30' X 60'. Tables, chairs, bounce houses, nacho cheese dispensers, popcorn machines, and dunk tanks are just some of the party items available for rent.

Rental Policies (as of 04/01/2016)

Reservations

We recommend advance reservations on all rental items. A credit card is required to be on file for all reservations. Reservations require a 25% deposit to guarantee your order. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. There is no cancellation allowed of any tents no matter the size. All final counts must be called in no later than one week before the event. Reservations made within 72 hours of the event date require the full payment upon ordering and this payment is non-refundable. All rental orders are to be paid in full on or before the date of delivery or customer pickup unless other arrangements have been made.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pick up services are available for an additional fee. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but delivery and pickup times cannot be guaranteed. Trucks should have easy access to all sites. TA Motorsports/Grand Rental Station is not responsible for any damage to personal property even in the event of unpredictable weather. Delivery rates are based on first floor delivery to your door or dock during normal business hours. Additional charges will apply for anything outside of these parameters. Excess time delays will also result in additional labor costs. Upon pickup, all items must be repacked in the same containers as delivered. Tables and chairs must be wiped down; tape and staples removed and must be folded and stacked in the same location as they were delivered.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking the count and condition of all items rented before leaving T.A. Motorsports/Grand Rental Station or upon arrival at the delivery location. If anything is missing or incorrect, T.A. Motorsports/Grand Rental Station must be notified within 24 hours, leave a message on our voicemail if it is after business hours. Responsibility for the rented items begins at the time of the pickup or delivery to the time of return. All items must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Please abide by the return date and time, if returning items to TA Motorsports/Grand Rental Station, as we will rent items back-to-back if necessary.

Cleaning

All rented catering items MUST be rinsed, food-free, and returned in their containers or racks. A fee will be charged on any items that are not clean. Linens do not need to be laundered but returned in the bags and baskets provided.

Charges for all missing or damaged items will be charged to your credit card on file.

Cancellations

All reservation deposits are non-refundable if canceled at ANY time. There is no cancellation allowed for any size tent. If any other items are canceled 72 hours prior, 100% of the total rental will be assessed.
